How do I log into my account?

What should I do if I forget my password?

When you enter your login details you will see a link below that says “lost your password”. Click on the link and follow the prompts.

How do I change my personal details?

When logged into your account you can change all of your personal details.

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

Any email you receive from us will have an “unsubscribe” link at the bottom.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards through Stripe, Paypal transfers & Afterpay (pay off using instalments).

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express.

How long does it take to confirm the payment?

Payment generally takes 2-3 days to process. In some exceptional cases, it could take up to 5 days or more.

Can I pick up products directly from your warehouse?

Unfortunately, all payments have to be made when you proceed to checkout. Pick up is not available in order for our distribution centre to dispatch all orders efficiently.

Do your prices include GST?

All prices are inclusive of GST.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within Australia.

How are the items delivered?

How can I cancel my order?

Please note that we can only cancel your order if the item has not been dispatched from our warehouse. We operate a fast and automated dispatching system and need time to respond to your message. We can only do our best to help.

When will the item be dispatched?

Most items will be dispatched the very next day after full payment is received.

How long does it take to ship?

The estimated delivery time frames are:

From our Melbourne Distribution Centre

  • VIC, approximately 3-5 business days
  • NSW, SA, ACT, approximately 4-8 business days
  • QLD, NT, WA and TAS, approximately 7-10 business days

From our Perth Distribution Centre

  • WA, approximately 1-3 business days
  • VIC, NSW, QLD approximately 6-10 business days
  • ACT, approximately 7-11 business days
  • TAS, approximately 8-10 business days
  • NT, approximately 8-15+ business days

Deliveries to the NT will incur a higher shipping cost.


  • Delivery time only starts after your payments have been cleared and the item has been dispatched from our warehouse (usually 1 working day after receipt of cleared payment).
  • We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something our delivery partners would be able to guarantee either.

How can I track my order?

Tracking information will be emailed to you once the item has been shipped.

Do you offer a warranty?

All products except electronics products come with a 12-month warranty in which you may seek a refund or replacement for the product. Electronics products come with a 3-month warranty.

The following terms and conditions apply to the warranty

  • Damages due to misuse by the user or during delivery will not be covered by this warranty.
  • This warranty does not cover any accessories or bonus gifts. Accessories or bonus gifts noted in our product listings would include, but not limited to batteries, carry bags, etc.

The following terms and conditions apply to Damage On Arrival (DOA) warranty:

  • This warranty only applies to items that are broken on arrival or appear to be not functioning on initial usage.
  • You or your buyers must check their item(s) and report the damages or faults (pictures or videos) to us by email after receiving the item(s). We reserve the right to refuse any claims made after this timeframe or additional charges (postage and handling) may apply.
  • Please do not return the faulty item to us without our approval.
